Junior training options for 2007: Term 1 is starting from the 12th of February 07.

TINY TENNIS:

A 6 week training programme for the 4 - 6 year olds! Players will learn the basics of the strokes and the court, playing lots of fun games with high energy and movement.

Costs $50.00 per term, or $95 for 2 terms!

Tiny Tennis will be starting for the summer on the 12th of February 2007.

TOTAL TENNIS:

A 6 week tennis training programme aimed at players of all ages and abilities. Players are grouped together in similiar ages and abilities, at a time that suits both the player and the coach. Players will learn about the grips, swings, rallying, positioning and game play.

ATOMIC SQUAD:

An invitation only squad for the players taking the game a bit more seriously. The Atomic Squad utilises the services of a fitness specialist and trains hard and fast.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

Private lessons are a great way to fix individual problems, improve technique quickly, or to learn a new tactic. Lessons will be held at times convenient for you!

Adult training options for 2006:

BEGINNER GROUP TENNIS LESSONS:

Four one hour tennis lessons covering each of the strokes (forehand, backhand, volleys, and serve) as well as positioning, scoring, and simple tactics! Monday nights from 7.30 - 8.30 pm.

TEAM LESSONS:

Bring your interclub, business house, or mid week tennis team along for a team building doubles tactics and positioning session! Lessons booked at times and days to suit your team. Costs just $10.00 per player (minimum of 4 players) per sessions.

PRIVATE LESSONS:
